Set the tone for the week with Monday night Aerial Yoga.
This open-level class blends strength, flexibility, and relaxation under the shade of the Whitney Commons pavilion. We will use the aerial hammock to explore deeper stretches, gentle inversions, and finish with a blissful, floating savasana.
This class is laid back, fun, and accessible for all ages and abilities.
