What can I expect during my sauna session?
Your private room is dim and quiet for ultimate relaxation. There are adjustable Chromotherapy lights in the sauna and a guide on the benefits for each color. Sit back against the back rest and kick your feet up on the foot rest, or stretch out on the bench and get comfortable. Soothe sore muscles with the provided Salt Massage Balls. Relaxing music plays while your body warms up and soaks up all the benefits of the Infrared wavelengths, chromotherapy, and heat.
What can I expect during my Salt Therapy session?
Your private room is dim and quiet for ultimate relaxation. The Halogenerator will mist super fine salt particles into the air. Inhale deeply. You may feel your airways opening up. You may feel your sinuses clearing out and any mucus buildup loosening. You may choose to use the heat and/or massage feature on the lounge chair to enhance your experience.
What can I expect during my PEMF Mat session?
Most sessions are calm, comfortable, and deeply relaxing. Many compare it to resting on a warm, supportive surface while your body gently unwinds. It is common to nap, lose track of time, and/or feel deeply rested after your session.
What can I expect during my Cold Plunge session?
A cold plunge session is brief, intense, and invigorating. When you first enter you may feel a sharp, cold sensation, the urge to gasp or breathe deeply, and/or a tingling feeling in your skin. After about 30 seconds, you may settle in. Your breathing may become more controlled, the cold shifts from shock to numbness, and a strong mental alertness may kick in. When you get out you may feel intensely alert or energized, a mood boost, reduced muscle soreness, and a sense of accomplishment.
What are the contraindictions to thesee therapies?
Clients should consult a healthcare professional before use if they have: uncontrolled heart conditions, history of stroke or seizure, pregnancy, bleeding disorders or use of blood thinners, recent surgery or open wounds, severe dizziness or fainting disorders, alcohol or drug intoxication, or implanted electronic devices such as pacemakers, neurostimulator, insulin pump, etc.
Do you offer memberships or punch passes?

Yes! You receive a free Cold Plunge, or 30-minute Sauna, Salt Therapy, or Infrared PEMF Mat session.
What modalities can I do if I'm pregnant?
We suggest speaking with your OB Gym or midwife before using these modalities. The Infrared Sauna and Cold plunge are generally not recommended for pregnant women, but Salt Therapy and short time intervals on the PEMF mat are generally considered safe.
What modalities are child friendly?
With parental supervision and session modifications, children can safely use salt therapy, PEMF mat, and infrared sauna. The cold plunge is safe at small doses for teens and older.
A general rule of thumb for the sauna is that a child can use it at a lower temperature for one minute per year of their age up until 13, when they’re old enough to understand their body and will know to get out if they get too hot. For instance, a 7 year old can use the sauna for 7 minutes, and a 15 year old may extend their use to 20+ minutes based on how they’re feeling while in the sauna.
