It's been awhile since I've introduced myself, and since there are lots of new followers and people who received gift certificates from us this holiday season, I thought I would pop back up and say hiiiiiii.

So, my name is Cass, and I am the visionary and creatrix of Prism Health.
I was born and raised in Hulett, a teeny tiny town in the northeast corner of the state by Devils Tower, and have lived in Wyoming my entire life.
Growing up in a small town cultivated my feralness, a love for the outdoors and to view life through the lens of creativity and fun. I grew up on a street named after my family, who donated land to establish the town in the late 1800s. Behind our house was the Belle Fourche River, where all of the adventure a child could ever hope for lied.
Upon graduating, I moved to the big city of Casper, where I lived for nearly 13 years.
I graduated from Casper College with a Web Design degree, as well as a Business Administration degree. I had started volunteering for a non-profit called the Wyoming Food for Thought Project shortly after I moved there, and eventually was hired on to coordinate the farmers market we had taken over, and eventually became the Associate Director. It was an incredible organization. We fed over 1,000 children through our weekend food bag program, grew our farmers market to a year-round farmers market and were the first market in the state to accept food stamps, we built and managed five Food is Free community gardens, where people could pick fresh produce for free, created a food rescue program with Casper College and various local businesses, used that food to host free community dinners and so much more.
(Pictured here is inside one of the greenhouses, our mobile farmers market from an old school bus and the weekend food bags we would pack every single week.)
It was devotional, grassroots, creative, fulfilling and at times hard work, but I loved it.
During this time, in my 20s, I had a long spurt of various health issues, from an irregular and miserable monthly cycle, to adrenal fatigue, leaky gut and borderline IBS. I even had a scare with skin cancer.
My stubbornness and a deep desire to understand the WHY behind all things led me down a lonely health path of trial and error, and a lot of experimentation with my body - where my true embodiment practice began (although I didn't know that's what I was doing at the time).
I was so incredibly grateful for the close connection I had with all of my local vendors and their incredibly healthy and nourishing foods during this time.
After nearly eight years with Food for Thought, I began to get the "non-profit itch", and felt I needed something different, so in 2020, when I was 30 years old, I started this business (formerly known as Balanced Healing Salt and Sauna) with a business partner.
Shortly after opening that location in August 2020, and some pretty significant life shifts, I decided to move to Sheridan and expand the business by having a second location. We successfully grew our business each year, until we got to the point and desire of wanting to grow and support our own personal goals and dreams, so at the end of 2024, we decided to dissolve the partnership and I rebranded to Prism Health.
I was fortunate to learn at an early age that I must lead my life living through intention and to do things that I genuinely enjoy doing, and I feel like that reflects in where I am in life now and where my business currently resides.
What I offer through the studio is a reflection of what I find value and joy in. I feel it's important to carve out time for yourself, so I encourage solo sessions for self-care. I love intentional time with my partner, so I create experiences that we ourselves enjoy. I instruct aerial yoga because it's childlike and fun, and brings me joy, especially when I get to share it with others. I collaborate with other businesses because I enjoy what they offer and love helping others.

What I do here is what I embody and who I am as a person.
I have always had a fearlessness to how I live my life that stems from my values around freedom and autonomy, of owning my life and feeling resourced enough to not need to rely on anyone else for answers. And my hope is for you to realize and see that power within yourself too.
That you can create your own joy and magic, and live your biggest and most extraordinary life.
May your dreams be big and your trust in yourself be unwavering.
